(G1) Learning about the properties of clay

Project objective(s):
-Clay as part of our natural environment.
-Properties of clay.
-Learn how to use different tools in order to create texture.
-Create and paint the clay composition.

Choosing the correct amount of paint and applying it on the dry piece of clay.

 The challenge of working with clay before it dries up. Learning that shaping the clay is a lot harder than painting it.

Learning to control hand movements by holding the clay with one hand and painting it with the other.

Learning how to hold the brush correctly.

Realizing that the shape of clay changes when dried; and so painting the white spots is a challenge.
