In this project we will explore the relationship between positive and negative space.
We created original visual images using a variety of templates.
Observing that the shapes of the negative spaces are determined
by the shapes of the positive spaces.
We used candles to create textures on the paper.
Using printing tools to add more texture.
Space and shape work together to complete the composition.
We used water colors to review the wax resist method of painting.
